I am renting a room in my flat. Female professionals and students only.
I am the sole person in the flat. My partner lives next door. So this is not entirely men-free area. However the flat is very cosy and accepting.
The flat is right next to Landwherkanal on the M29 Busroute, next to a park in a quiet corner of the otherwise very Busy Kreuzkölln. Many nice restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance. As well as Lidl, aldi and Edeka.
The room is not entirely empty. My books and various shelves with personal items are in the room. Lodger has some shelves space, small bed (1mx 2m), chair, desk and area to hang clothes.
There is a spacious kitchen and dining area for communal use. Bathroom with window, bath tub etc. is also available. The flat had wifi, Lift, central heating, hot water, access to washing machine.
I am renting for a limited period only. I will spend very little time in the flat in January and February. Anmeldung (refundable deposit after Ab-Ummeldung) and parking lot available for additional cost.please write me a bit about you. Renting period may also be extended/ changed according to your needs.
