I’m moving out, so my room in our shared apartment is becoming available! It’s initially available for three months, with the possibility to take over the lease long-term. The montly rent is 600 with all included.
The room is about 24 sqm, with 3.5m high ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor, as is the entire apartment. I’ll likely leave the bed with a mattress, an armchair, and two dressers, which could be purchased for a reasonable price. I’m flexible on what items stay, and we can discuss in person what you’d like to keep or not – I haven’t made final decisions yet.
The apartment is fully equipped, with a shared bathroom and kitchen that include all the amenities you may need.
The area could not be more perfect, there are grocery shops, coffee places, bars and parks in the area, hip restaurants and trendy second hand stores. The apartment is located near Görlitzer Park and the subway station Schlesisches Tor. Apart from that the park is really close, the spree is too - so a wonderful place to go for walks. Really, there is no better place to live in Berlin, also known as Wrangelkiez. :) - Im truly going to miss the area.
Your flatmate is Peter, he is 34 and a fun person to be around. He makes you laugh and lets you take part in his life. He likes going out for drinks, to vernissages or to clubs/bars. He is from Bonn and studied in Maastrich (Netherlands). He's warmhearted, funny and outgoing. Love to hear from you.
