ich vermiete ein voll-möbliertes WG-Zimmer im Szenekiez Friedrichshain für 4 Wochen (07.09 – 9.10.2022). Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Holzboden und fast 4 Meter hohe Decken. Da einige der Möbel und der Boden schön sind, suchen wir einen respektvollen, sauberen und verantwortungsvollen Zwischenmieter :)
Das Zimmer hat große Fenster und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass es im Zimmer angenehm hell ist. In dem Zimmer befindet sich alles was man braucht (Bett, Schrank, Kleiderständer, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Regal und Schreibtischstuhl), wenn man in der Stadt ankommen will, sprich als Praktikant, Neuankömmling oder Übergangssuchender.
Die Küche ist groß und gut zum Kochen und Essen geeignet. Das Bad ist ebenfalls groß und verfügt über Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Stellt dich bitte kurz per PN vor! Schreib mir was du machst. Alles weitere machen wir dann aus.

Hi Everyone,
I am renting out a fully furnished room in a shared flat in the trendy district of Friedrichshain for 4 weeks (September 7th – October 9th, 2022). The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is on a quiet street not far from Warschauerstrasse and Boxhagener Platz. The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor and almost 4 meter high ceilings. Since some of the furniture and the floor are very nice, we are looking for a respectful, clean and responsible sub-tenant :)
The room has large windows and faces south, so the room is pleasantly light. The room has everything you need (bed, wardrobe, clothes rack, sofa, desk, shelf and desk chair) – perfectly suitable for people who just arrived in the city, i.e. as an intern, newcomer or transition seeker.
The bathroom is also large and has a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen is big and goodfor
cooking and dinning.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain, in einer ruhigen Straße, die großen hellen Fenster des Zimmers gehen nach hinten zum ruhigen Hof. Bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle (M10) ist es 3 Minute Fußweg, zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Frankfurter Tor sind es ca. 4 Minuten. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, ALDI, Kleiner Supermarkt, etc.) und zahlreiche Restaurants sowie Bars.

The apartment is in the center of Friedrichshain, on a quiet street. The large, bright windows of the room face the quiet courtyard at the back. It is a 3-minute walk to the next tram stop (M10) and about 4 minutes to the Frankfurter Tor underground station. There are several shops nearby (REWE, ALDI, small supermarket, etc.) as well as numerous restaurants and bars.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist aus Frankreich, wohnt schon länger hier, ist sauber, offen und freundlich. Sie macht aktuell ihren Doktor in BWL und sucht jemanden, der anständig ist und bei dem die Kommunikation und Vibes nett und angenehm sind. Wir möchten eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre haben, in der wir auch die Privatsphäre des anderen respektieren.

The apartment is a shared flat for 2 people. My roommate is from France and has lived here for a long time. She is clean, open and friendly. She is currently doing her PhD in Business Administration and is looking for someone who is decent and where the communication and vibes are nice and pleasant. We want to have a relaxed atmosphere including respecting each other's privacy.
