Schöne WG-Zimmer in Ostkreuz/Kaskelkiez - 2

Die Wohnung liegt in einer traumhaft ruhigen Gegend im schönen Kaskelkiez und ist trotzdem perfekt angebunden.
Das ist wirklich praktisch, denn die Ringbahn oder S-Bahn ins Stadtzentrum ist nur 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß von Ostkreuz entfernt.
Mit der S-Bahn gelangst du überall hin. Bis zur Stadtmitte, zum Alexanderplatz, zum Hackeschen Markt oder zur Friedrichstraße, das dauert nur ca. 10 Minuten. Auch zum Flughafen dauert es mit der FLEX nur 20 Minuten.
Die Warschauer Straße und der Treptower Park sind nur eine S-Bahn-Station entfernt, sodass du diese wunderschönen Orte ganz schnell erreichen kannst.

In der Umgebung gibt es auch zahlreiche tolle Möglichkeiten, um richtig gut zu feiern. Auch ein Supermarkt wie Kaufland ist nur höchstens fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung findest du außerdem weitere Supermärkte wie Lidl, Bio Company, Denn's usw., die nur 10 Minuten entfernt sind.
Wenn ihr Lust auf einen kleinen Abstecher in andere schöne Ecken des Boxhagener Kiezes habt, könnt ihr dort auch zahlreiche gemütliche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und weitere tolle Orte entdecken.

In der Nähe befindet sich außerdem die Spree an der Rummelsburger Bucht, an der man an schönen Tagen wunderbar spazieren gehen oder chillen kann.

The apartment is located in a wonderfully quiet area in the beautiful Kaskelkiez district and is still perfectly connected.
This is really practical, because the Ringbahn or S-Bahn to the city center is only a 5-10 minute walk from Ostkreuz.
The S-Bahn takes you everywhere. It only takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center, Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt or Friedrichstraße. It also only takes 20 minutes to the airport on the FLEX.
Warschauer Straße and Treptower Park are just one S-Bahn stop away, so you can reach these beautiful places very quickly.

There are also plenty of great places to party in the area. A supermarket such as Kaufland is also just a five-minute walk away. There are also other supermarkets in the area such as Lidl, Bio Company, Denn's etc., which are only 10 minutes away.
If you fancy a little detour to other beautiful corners of the Boxhagener Kiez, you can also discover numerous cozy cafés, restaurants, bars and other great places.

The Spree at Rummelsburger Bucht is also nearby, where you can go for a wonderful walk or chill out on nice days.

Wir sind zwei Mitbewohner:innen und suchen nach weiteren Mitbewohner:in. Wir sind zwar keine klassische Gemeinschafts-WG, aber auch keine Zweck-WG.
Da wir alle unseren eigenen Interessen nachgehen, haben wir leider nur selten gemeinsam Zeit, um etwas zu unternehmen.

Wir möchten in unserer Wohnung frei und sicher fühlen und akzeptieren deshalb keine Queerfeindlichkeit oder andere Art von Diskriminierung. Es ist eine ruhige, saubere WG mit bewussten, angenehmen, freundlichen Mitbewohner*innen, die sich gegenseitig respektieren und akzeptieren. Es wäre uns sehr wichtig, dass der neue Mitbewohner sich vegetarisch ernährt oder zumindest vorstellen kann, sich zuhause mindestens vegetarisch ernähren zu können. Manchmal ist unser Hund in der Wohnung, es ist ein italienisches Windspiel :-).

Deshalb wäre es schön, wenn der neue Mitbewohner keine Angst vor Tieren hätte.

We are two flatmates and are looking for more flatmates. We're not a classic shared flat, but we're not a functional flat either.
As we all pursue our own interests, we unfortunately rarely have time to do anything together.

We want to feel free and safe in our apartment and therefore do not accept queer hostility or any other kind of discrimination. It is a quiet, clean shared flat with conscious, pleasant, friendly flatmates who respect and accept each other. It would be very important to us that the new flatmate eats a vegetarian diet or can at least imagine eating a vegetarian diet at home. Sometimes our dog is in the apartment, it is an Italian wind chime :-).

It would therefore be nice if the new flatmate is not afraid of animals.

Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und einen ruhigen Rückzugsort, an dem man sich wohlfühlen kann.

Wir möchten gerne darauf hinweisen, dass wir uns einen Ort wünschen, an dem man sich zurückziehen kann und nicht unbedingt eine Party-Location. Deshalb ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass alle sich an die Hausordnung halten.

Es wäre wichtig, dass du Aufenthaltserlaubnis in Deutschland hast und die Kaution sowie die Miete leisten kannst. Das wäre alles! Wir sind offen und lernen gerne unterschiedlichen Menschen kennen. :-)

We attach great importance to cleanliness and a quiet retreat where you can feel comfortable.

We would like to point out that we want a place where you can retreat and not necessarily a party location. It is therefore very important to us that everyone adheres to the house rules.

It would be important that you have a residence permit in Germany and can afford the deposit and rent. That would be all! We are open-minded and like to meet different people. :-)
