Dieses super schöne, kuschlige Schlafzimmer ist immer wieder Mal zu haben. Es gibt noch ein anderes Schlafzimmer in dem ich dann schlafe oder meine Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin oft unterwegs, daher kann es auch passieren, dass du sogar relativ oft alleine hier bist. Vielleicht bin ich oder sie aber auch da ;)
Noch zu sagen ist, dass die 3- Raumwohnung generell gut eingerichtet und mitbenutzbar ist. Es gibt ein Durchgangszimmer in dem sich ein Esstisch befindet. Dein Zimmer geht vom Esszimmer, das andere vom Flur ab. Sprich, selbst wenn du oder ich Musik hören, gehen wir uns nicht auf den Zeiger.
Am besten telefonieren wir einfach um ein paar Sachen abzusprechen. Ich brauche eine Ausweiskopie und hätte gerne eine Kleine Kaution.
Noch etwas zur Miete. Unter einer Woche kostet das Zimmer 30€/ Nacht. Wenn du 1-2 Wochen bleiben möchtest, geht das auch. Die Wochenmiete beträgt dann 150€

Hey dear future, temporary Roomie,
This lovely, cozy and cute Room will be vacant on and off. There is another Bedroom in which I or my roomie sleeps (never more than 2 People incl. you in the house at a time).
The 3-Room Apartment is fully furnished and everything in shared areas can be used. There is a walkthrough room which accommodates a dining table. My Room is connected to the hallway and yours accessible from the dining room. So even with music played in both private rooms it most likely doesnt bother one of us.
Lets have a chat for details and everything else.
One additional thing about the rent. One night is 30€. If you wish to stay 1- 2 weeks, consider the rent 150€/ Week.
