Your room is neat and brightly lit, that comes with a box-spring bed and modern wardrobe, bedding and towels including sauna towels, tea cooker, etc.. There are two windows that get plenty of sunlight in the mornings and make it feel cheerful during the winter days alongside heated floors. There is also a desk with a chair and desk, cupboard included. All rooms are individually to your needs floor headed.
It sits away from the other rooms so you'll have quiet evenings to yourself if you desire. The flat is on the top floor so you will not have any extra sounds or noises from neighbors above or the bustling streets of Berlin below. Including Elevator.
If you're looking for a location right in the middle of the action of Berlin yet want something where you can wind down after a long day, this room is perfect.

Sven is the Hauptmieter. He takes care of the contract with the Landlord and allows for others to rent from under him. You are able to register here if that's important.
The peeps in the WG.
Sven is from Berlin and has lived here most of his life. He has a passion for music and is creating good vibes. He works for Volkswagen in Wolfsburg and commutes each week to the VW office. He has been gracious enough to share his life / proberties with us in a badass location in Berlin. There is a music studio (Ableton latest version, Push3, Native Instruments 88 Keyboard, Accordeon, Piana from grandma, Laser - Harp (stunning and fun), etc..). Musicians welcome.
Last but not least...there is one more flatmate. BUBI is our shared parrot. He is 7 years old and comes fully loaded with songs and sayings. He is a wonderful bird who likes to hug and kiss you if you're sweet to him. Truly a unique creature. He says ciao when you leave in away that you ll stay ,-)
