wir schreiben mal auf Englisch, denn wir denken, das verstehen alle. Wir sind aber native Deutsch bzw fluent Deutsch 🙂
Your room is bright, silent, and at the moment equipped with a bed, table, chair, wardrobe.
Then there are two other bedrooms on the other side of the huge apartment. Else, there is a big kitchen, a huge living room with a super sunny balcony, a big bathroom with bathtube, a small bathroom and a laundry room.
Super central but still quiet and sunny apartment, 10 minutes walk or 3 by bike and we are in the super lively area of boxhagener platz.
Close to tram M10 and U5, so in 55 mins at the airport and 45 at main train station.
There are 2 girls living here. We are relaxed, but tidy, we have jobs (as doctor, recruiter, startup founders in solar energy industry and tech, busdriver and bar, social work as well) and work a lot. So we would like to live with people that also have jobs.
We are driven and positive, have a lot of projects going on.
But sometimes we also chill the whole sunday on the couch.
During summer time we are not that often at home due to travelling (vanlife, camping, burns) and chilling on the lake 💚
We have a friend who helps us cleaning the flat 🙌 Like this we could leave discussions about cleaning schedules behind us 🙏✨😎 For this we each donate 13,33€/week (on top of the rent), we would love someone being ok with this arrangement.
We try to be good to the world around us.
Therefore we separate our trash, try to use less power (put on jumpers in winter instead of heating - but then still heat sometimes 🙈), try to decrease trash (ebay Kleinanzeigen here we go!), eat vegan most of the time.
We try. But then we are hooked in kapitalism and also love to go and have fun and thrive in hedonism.
Also we like bio, lokal food mainly. We share everything so we would prefere a person who is also ok with bio (expensive) food. But of course there are exceptions to everything ☺️
Being reliable is one of the most important personality traits for us in the new person. There are also some duties in the flat that you would have to help with so therefore, please let us know if you are reliable and if so, why -> increases your chances tremendously 🙌

The room is free from 1.3.2025, but there might be the option of renting from 15.3. or 1.4.2025.
