Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen ab Mitte Oktober 2024 eine:n Untermieter:in für ein Zimmer meiner Dreiraumwohnung, da ich für ein Sabbatjahr unterwegs bin. Falls du dich wohlfühlst, kannst du bis Ende Dezember 2024 dort bleiben.
Das Zimmer ist ein heller, großer Raum im Vorderhaus eines Altbaus mit hohen Wänden und Stuck an der Decke. Auf dem Bild ist noch kein Bett zu sehen, das besorge ich noch.
Über das Fenster deines Zimmers hast du Zugang zum sonnigen Südbalkon. Außerdem haben wir eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler sowie Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Der Preis ist pro Monat. Er beinhaltet eine Reinigungskraft, welche zwei Mal pro Monat kommt. Für den halben Monat würdet ihr natürlich nur die Hälfte bezahlen.
Meldet euch gerne mit ein paar Sätzen per Nachricht bei mir. Ich lese alle Nachrichten und melde mich, wenn es passt.

We are looking for a person for our room in this shared flat in Berlin Friedrichshain from the 15th October. If you feel comfortable, you can stay until the end of December 2024.
The room is fully furnitured as are the kitchen and the bathroom. Through the window you've got access to the balcony.
You'll be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with my husband, but you've got your own private room.

Die Wohnung ist im Szenebezirk Friedrichshain. 50 m zur Tram, 7 min zur Ubahn und 10 min zum Ostkreuz entfernt. Kaufhallen, Restaurants, Bars und Läden in unmittelbarer Entfernung.
Du würdest zusammen mit meinem Mann die Küche und das Bad teilen, hast aber dein eigenes Zimmer.
