Hi everyone,
I‘m going on vacation from the 09.08.-21.09. and i would like to rend out my room in that time. It is fully equiped with everything you need for living and i will remove all my stuff for that time. You would have to care about my plants though:)
I‘m searching for an open, chilled and clean person that fits to my friend Bennet I‘m sharing the flat with. He is 24 years old, studies photography and is just a great person to be around and spend time with.
Cost:
I would rend out my room for 680€ in total for the whole time. Thats a little less than my rent but since it‘s such a short time i feel like it is fair to take a little less. I would take a little deposit of 300€ just to make sure that you‘ll be careful with my furniture:)

Location:
Our flat is located in Friedrichshain 5 minutes by foot from the boxhagener Platz. There is a lot of bars and restaurants nearby and great places to habe a good time. The U5 is really close with a 4 minite walk and there‘s a lot of tram stations. You would need aprox. 12 minutes walking to the Warschauer Straße.
As I already mentioned you would share the flag with Bennet. He is a really nice, easy going, clean and chill person. For me the most important is that your personality fits to his vibe as he is the one sharing our flat in thag time.
