Hey! :) I’m going travelling so I'm subrenting my cozy room located in a spacious Friedrichshain alt-bau.
Dates: 1 month from 04.03 until 04.04. I am looking for a person to stay for the entire period.
Price: 500 eur / month + 250 eur deposit (returned just after moving out)

Our WG:
- 4 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom
- big-ass kitchen
- full disclosure: 4th floor no elevator (so every day is leg day)
This flat's in a handy spot near lots of public transport options (U bahn Samariterstr. / S Bahn Frankfurter Allee) and cool cafes. Plus, you've got parks and bigger shops just a short walk away. It's pretty central, but the street is quiet.
Your roommates for this time will be Pol (Catalonia, 26), Mariona (Catalonia, 25) and Sofia (USA, 26). They are all easygoing, currently working / looking for a job / trying to figure out adulting.
We are looking for someone they get along with well, spontaneously cook dinner together or go out for a walk / run / beer / [input anything you want].
We have a weekly cleaning schedule
The flat is pretty international and we speak English with each other (mixed with "genau").
