The room to be rented is bright and minimalist, with natural wood floors and a cozy futon bed.
The space features two large windows with sheer curtains, a modern wooden pendant light, and a balcony overlooking a nice green space.
It include a very large build-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. We have a cellar where I can store my things to give you all the space you need.
The room is ideal for those seeking a peaceful environment overlooking greenery.
We have a living area open to all.

The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, a cozy reading chair, and a small workspace.
The apartment also boasts a new, well-fitted kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining. T
here are two bathrooms, both very modern, including a rain shower and a bath.
We also had an additional spare room (2 bedrooms total) that we use as an office and for guests.
The apartment is a split over two floors, making it seem more like a house than a flat.
The apartment itself is on a quiet street facing empty green space.
Situated in the trendy Friedrichshain district, it offers easy access (<10 mins walk) to public transport (Frankfurter Alle and Ostkreuz), shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Nearby parks and meeting areas (Stralauer Spitze, Treptower park and Boxhagener Platz) are great for a walk or run. We are very lucky being so close to the Spree.
Join our welcoming home with a 29-year-old PhD student. He enjoys discussing various topics such related to technology and he is passionate about cooking (hence the kitchen is very well equipped) and sports (we have a punch bag, yoga matt and other nice things).
Enjoy a vibrant, open atmosphere perfect for relaxed dinners and inviting friends over.
It's possible to enter our rental agreement for the remainder of our contract (ca. 1 year).
The price shown is set by the landlord and is the Warmmiete.
After the initial year, there could be a possibility to extend the contract, subject to what the landlord wants to do.
