Cozy room available in a shared flat right in the center of Berlin's most exciting neighbourhood exactly on the Simon-Dach-Straße and Boxhagener Platz, the most famous street in Friedrichshain. Right outside our door leads to many cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries, exhibitions.. A lively atmosphere offering alternative lifestyle and plenty of artistic impulse.

The flat has 2 shared rooms. I’m subletting the second room, fully furnished, king bed, workstation, sofa, rug, closet… It has everything included from furniture and decorations and more is coming. The place is new.
Sunny, cosy room, Perfect for students and workers all genders are welcome. Central location close to all public transportation 2min walk maximum.
The kitchen has all what you need to cook delicious food and what you want from baking, no need to clean dishes later as we have a dishwasher, coffee machine and more …
Clean Bathroom include a washing machine and bathtub.

I work as a software developer either at home or in the office. I am very uncomplicated, tolerant and have an open world view. easy-going person and like to be out and about on weekends. Whether cooking together or going out for a drink. Neatness and cleanliness are important to me.

Gemütliches WG-Zimmer im Zentrum von Berlins aufregendstem Kiez, direkt an der Simon-Dach-Straße und dem Boxhagener Platz, der bekanntesten Straße in Friedrichshain. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Galerien, Ausstellungen. Eine lebendige Atmosphäre mit alternativem Lifestyle und vielen künstlerischen Impulsen.

Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung die letztes Jahr kernsaniert wurde. Das Zimmer ist ein gemütlich vollausgestattetes Zimmer und behinhaltet ein Bed, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch sowie einen Sessel und Spiegel. Die Dekoration Pflanzen/Bilder sind ebenfalls von mir. Gerne kannst du das Zimmer nach deinen eigenen Bedürfnissen auch anpassen. Das Zimmer befindet sich in Richtung Innenhof und ist somit ruhiger gelegen.

Das Zimmer ist ideal für Studenten oder Arbeiter. Die Mietdauer ist flexibel. Denoch kann sich jeder gerne bewerben. Egal welches Alter und Geschlecht.

Die Wohnung hat ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Küche die vollausgestattet ist. Egal zum Baken, oder ein Reiskocher, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine etc... gerne kannst du auch etwas dazu beisteuern.

Ich arbeite als Softwareentwickler entweder zu Hause oder im Büro. Ich bin sehr unkompliziert, tolerant und weltoffen. Ich bin ein unkomplizierter Mensch und bin am Wochenende gerne unterwegs. Sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder beim Ausgehen auf einen Drink. Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeit sind mir wichtig.
