The room is approximately 10sqm and and can come empty or partially furnished depending on what you need.
Due to the high ceilings (3.30m) it seems larger than it is and is the perfect place for someone who has just arrived to Berlin or is looking for a temporary place in between switching flats.
The room is probably only available from pretty much now on until the end of the year.
The flat is located in a quiet street in Friedrichshain's Rudolphkiez which means we are close to all the bars and restaurants without having to deal with the crowds if we don't want to.
Being inbetween Ostkreuz and Warschauerstr. you'll have easy access to the Ringbahn, S9 or U1/U3, so it is easy to get almost everywhere in Berlin from here.
You'll be living with me (30 F) and my dog who is a sweetheart but already 17 by now.
I am a cognitive scientist and currently in between jobs (fingers crossed). So most of my time is filled with finishing up papers, applying and all those fun things.
I am always down for sharing a glass of wine or a coffee, and in my free time I love to strike a questionable balance between meeting friends, sports, going out and working on my personal projects. ;)
FOR NOW, the room is only available until the end of December, since I might be leaving the country then.
Should this be the case, there might be the possibility to take over the entire appartment or get another person to take over my room.
But since all depends how my job applications will turn out, I can only offer the room until the end of December for now.
The room is available from now on, but the move in date is rather flexible.

Unfortunately, registering here won't be possible since this is only a temporary sublet.
