Bei uns wird für ca. zwei Monate ein Zimmer frei. Da der Wohnungsmarkt in Berlin bekanntlich schwierig ist, möchten wir das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende Januar 2025 anbieten.
Beim Einzugsdatum sind wir flexibel.
Der Grund für die Zwischenmiete ist meine schwere Erkrankung. Mein Freund ist für die Zeit zu mir in eine andere Stadt gezogen und wird den Kontakt mit euch übernehmen.
Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es gibt WLAN und einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, der ein angenehmes Arbeiten im Homeoffice ermöglicht.
Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über einen Balkon – ideal für Raucher.
Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet: Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen geräumigen Kühlschrank.

We have a room available for about two months. Since the housing market in Berlin is notoriously challenging, we’d like to offer the room for sublet until the end of January 2025.
The move-in date is flexible.
The reason for the sublet is my serious illness. My boyfriend moved to another city to be with me and will handle communication with you.
The room is fully furnished and has everything you need. There is Wi-Fi and a height-adjustable desk, making it perfect for comfortable work from home.
The room also has a balcony, which smokers will appreciate.
The kitchen is well-equipped, too: it includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a spacious fridge.

Die Straße ist für Friedrichshain relativ ruhig, dennoch sind alle wichtigen Dinge des täglichen Lebens in der Nähe. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es ein vietnamesisches Restaurant und mehrere Spätis. Die M10-Station (Straßmannstraße) ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch die Ringbahn (Landsberger Allee und Storkower Straße) sowie die Tramstation Landsberger Allee sind gut erreichbar (ca. 15 Minuten).

The street is relatively quiet for Friedrichshain, but everything you need is close by. Right in front of the house, there’s a Vietnamese restaurant and several late-night shops (Spätis). The M10 tram station (Straßmannstraße) is just a 5-minute walk away. The Ringbahn (Landsberger Allee and Storkower Straße) and another tram station (Landsberger Allee) are also easily accessible (about 15 minutes).
