The apartment is located in the beautiful and lively district of Friedrichshain, very close to S/U station Frankfurter Allee. Shopping facilities, supermarkets, spätis, bars, restaurants, cafes, and parks etc. are within walking distance.

After finishing his PhD in 2020, Lars (36) started working in the field of the applied energy transition and climate protection. Usually two days from home and three days in the office. He is very keen and passionately about producing electronic music, likes exhibitions, is going to the gym, and spending time with friends and in nature.
Silvi (28) completed her law degree last year and started her first job in legal communications in January. She mostly works from the office - in her spare time she loves to do some yoga, go for a swim or attend a performance at Gorki Theatre or Schaubühne with her friends.
We are looking for a roommate who is preferable similar or close to our own age group and preferably also working. We are looking for someone with an established life here in Berlin who already has some friends and his/her own life. Basically, you should have everything in your life well-organized/you have it all together and are uncomplicated and easy to live with. As the apartment is equipped with everything, it comes with the great benefit that you don’t need to bring anything to the apartment to feel well living with us. We really appreciate a clean and tidy apartment. Therefore, included in the price is also an amazing cleaning lady. Both of us enjoy Berlin and basically all the the good stuff it has to offer but the glorious party times are mostly over for us. We are open-minded, relaxed people and look forward to meeting you in person.
