our flatshare is looking for a new female flatmate. The room has about 14m2 is facing the calm inner court of the building. Even though it is still furnished on the pictures it will be empty by the time you could move in in the beginning of Decembre. Besides the Bedroom our spacious flat also offers a big living room with a couch and a dining table, to hang out, invite friends or work.
The flat is pretty tidy most of the time.
We are only looking for one person to stay in the room, no couples or groups. Also no pets are allowed in the flat. The room is vacant from beginning decembre, long term.

Weidenweg. Close to Bersarinplatz. M10 station is 1min away. Tram 21 right in front of the door. Ringbahn 10 minute walk or connect with u5 from Frankfurter Tor. There is a small supermarket right downstairs, that offers everything you need and a larger shopping center about 10min walk away. Boxhagener Platz with a lot of Cafes and Bars is also about 10 min by foot.
We are a shared flat of 1 man and 2girls, one of which is moving out now. Everybody is nice and friendly and easy going. We're no messys and also don't party every night. Everybody gets along very well. We have a laundry machine, dish washer, coffee machine and all these great things you need in your everyday life.
