wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin (bevorzugt, aber kein Muss) für ein freies Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bezirk Friedrichshain/Lichtenberg, nur 12 Minuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt.
Lage und Verkehrsanbindung:
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Nähe der S-Bahn Landsberger Allee. Damit habt ihr direkten Zugang zur Ringbahn, Straßenbahn und verschiedenen Buslinien. Perfekt, um schnell überall hinzukommen!
Zum Zimmer und zur Wohnung:
• Das Zimmer: Das freie Zimmer ist voll möbliert und sofort bezugsbereit – perfekt, wenn du keinen Stress mit Möbeln haben möchtest.
• Gemeinsame Bereiche: Flur, Badezimmer und Küche teilen wir uns.
• Keller: Im Untergeschoss gibt es Platz für Fahrräder oder andere Sachen.
In einem der Zimmer wohnt bereits eine junge Mitbewohnerin, die sich auf eine entspannte und ordentliche Person freut.
Kosten und Bedingungen:
• Miete: 490 € Warmmiete (inkl. Strom und Nebenkosten).
• Einzug: Ab Anfang Dezember möglich.
• Anmeldung: Ja, möglich – aber nicht für Hartz IV oder Arbeitslosengeld, da wir hier schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
Sonstiges:
Das Zimmer kann langfristig vermietet werden, wenn alles gut passt. Falls du Interesse hast, lass uns einfach eine Nachricht da, und wir vereinbaren einen Besichtigungstermin.

We’re looking for a new flatmate (preferably female, but not a must) to move into a cozy furnished room in our 2-room apartment. The flat is located in Friedrichshain/Lichtenberg, just 12 minutes from Alexanderplatz.
Location and Transport:
The apartment is conveniently located near the S-Bahn Landsberger Allee, offering access to the Ringbahn, trams, and buses. Getting around the city couldn’t be easier!
About the Room and Apartment:
• The Room: The available room is fully furnished and ready for you to move in – no need to worry about furniture.
• Shared Spaces: We share the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen.
• Storage: There’s a basement where you can store extra belongings or your bike.
The other room is already occupied by a friendly young woman who’s looking forward to a clean and easy-going flatmate.
Costs and Conditions:
• Rent: €490, including all utilities (electricity, heating, etc.).
• Move-in Date: Available from early December.
• Registration: Possible – but not for Hartz IV or unemployment benefits, as we’ve had bad experiences in the past.
Additional Info:
