Es wird ein ca. 20 m2 großes Zimmer in der Wilhelm-Stolze-Str. für 2 Monate frei. Das Zimmer ist verfügbar, bis der Hauptmieter zurückkommt. Es ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Anmeldung ist möglich.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Erdgeschosswohnung. Neben einem ergiebigen Wohn-/ Essbereich, der auch als Begegnusort der WG dient, gibt es eine große Küche, sowie ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist sehr weitläufig und daher auch schön ruhig.
Du würdest mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohner:innen zusammenleben.
David (25) is in den letzten Zügen seines Wirtschaftsingenieurstudiums und schreibt fleißig an seiner Bachelorarbeit, wenn er sich nicht gerade von anderen Dingen ablenken lässt. In seiner Freizeit lernt er Gitarre, macht Sport und liest. Sonst lässt er sich gerne durch das Berliner Nachtleben treiben und geht häufig auf Konzerte.
Nina (26) schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit im Fach Politikwissenschaft. In ihrer Freizeit kann man sie in Bars oder beim feiern mit Freund:innen vorfinden, Cafés ausprobieren, oder Zuhause am lesen, backen oder kochen.
Beide sind sehr umgängliche und offene Menschen und würden sich ein kommunikatives und kommunales Zusammenleben wünschen. Beide sind außerdem Vegan/ vegetarisch, also wäre das auch von Vorteil, aber nicht dringend ein muss.

A room in our flat is available for sublet for 2 months! The room is 20 m2 big and is located in the Wilhelm-Stolze-Str. in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The room will be available until the main tenant returns. Anmeldung is possible.
The flat is just a 3-minute walk from the Landsberger Allee/ Petersburger Str. tram stop. Dates: 01.December to 31. January.
The room is fully furnished and equipped. The flat also includes a spacious living area that serves as the main communal area, as well as a big kitchen and a bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub.
You would be living with two other Roommates:
David (25): currently studying at the TU in Berlin and writing his Bachelor Thesis. He is very passionate about music and is often found at concerts or practicing his guitar skills.
Nina (26) currently working on her Masters Thesis in Political Science. She loves exploring cafes or bars with friends, and likes to read, bake or crochet.
Both of them are very open-minded and respectful people and would like to live with a person that is also open to a friendly loving dynamic. They are both vegan/ vegetarian, but would also be fine, if you are not.
Viewings will be held this week, due to the close move-in date.
