Ich vermiete ein helles und ruhiges Zimmer für kürzere Zeiträume (max. 3 Monate) an z.B. Berufstätige oder Student:innen, die eine kurze Zeit in Berlin (z.B. für Praktikum, Workshop, Seminar, etc.) verbingen möchten. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber dafür sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Mobiliar besteht aus einem Einzelbett, ein Schreibtisch und einen Schrank. Gerne kann ich noch eine Kommode reinstellen, falls der Platz zum Verstauen nicht ausreichen sollte.
Wenn ihr Fragen haben solltet, meldet euch gerne.

I rent out a bright and quiet room for shorter periods of time (max. 3 months) only. To e.g. professionals or students who want to spend a short time in Berlin (e.g. for an internship, workshop, seminar, etc.).
The room is small but very comfortably furnished. The furniture consists of a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe. I am happy to put a chest of drawers in if there is not enough space to store it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Der Rest der Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt liegt sehr zentral mit U-/S-Bahn & Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Um die Ecke befinden sich die beliebte Simon-Dach-Straße (viele Cafés, Bioläden, Restaurants, Künstlerläden, etc.) und der Boxhagener Platz (Wochenmarkt samstags & Flohmarkt sonntags).

The rest of the apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The apartment is very centrally located with U-/S-Bahn & tram right outside the door. Around the corner are the popular Simon-Dach-Straße (many cafés, organic food stores, restaurants, artists' shops, etc.) and Boxhagener Platz (weekly market on Saturdays & flea market on Sundays).
In der Wohnung werde noch zusätzlich ich in einem anderen Zimmer wohnen. Durch meine Freiberuflichkeit beim Film kann es sein, dass ich beruflich für eine gewisse Zeit unterwegs bin oder privat bei meinem Partner in der Nähe von Hamburg lebe.
Wenn ich zu Hause bin, koche ich gerne, gehe zum Sport (Yoga, Joggen), treffe mich mit Freunden oder den Pfadfindern und bin gerne in der Natur zum Wandern und Spazieren.

In addition, I will live in another room in the apartment. Due to my freelancing in film, I may be on the road for a certain period of time on business or live privately with my partner near Hamburg.
When I am at home, I like to cook, go to sports (yoga, jogging), meet with friends or the scouts and like to be in nature for hiking and walking.
