I'm looking for someone to rent my room from January to March.
I am moving out of my cute room to rent my own flat.
The room is really cozy! The furniture will be different than in the pictures but the room is furnished. Also the room is bigger, but moving out-trouble made the other half very messy and i want to spare you that view ;) The room is facing the backyard and is therefore very quiet.
The apartment has everything you need!
Location is AMAZINGGGG!!! You will be between Frankfurter Allee and Boxhagener Platz. Super quiet street yet close to buzzy Kiez life.
Two closest stations are Frankfurter Allee and Samariter Str.
More than enough Supermarkets, bars, cafes etc around
You will live with Jana. Jana is the perfect flatmate! She is very uncomplicated, sometimes we stop to chat in the kitchen, have breakast together or go for coffee. We used to love some good gossip every once in a while :) I could recommend her as flatmate and as a friend. Jana is working part time, partially from home and at the office. Good and honest communiation and cleanliness were always important to either of us.
She pics up feminist literature from the close by library every once in a while, is a passionate salsa dancer and eats vegetarian/vegan.
