Dear comunity!
I am currently taking a break from Berlin winter and subletting my room for January, February and March. The sublet I had cancelled last minute :( so I am looking for a new sublet as soon as possible!
The flat: is a 120m2 Neubau 1 min away from Samairterstr. in Friedrichshain. The room is 11m2 facing south so if the sun decides to comes out you have the best spot in the flat to get it 😉 We share the bathroom, the kitchen, a big living room with projector for cozy winter nights and a small multifuncional room for guests or leisure.
The mates: we are a 3 people WG as I am away you would share the flat with Giulio and Natalia, Giulio is an italian artist and Nati is Colombian working in child care. We are very good friends and live there quite as a family when we are together, but also the creative life of Giulio and the busy life of Nati makes it necessary that each have time for themselves.
Natalia and Giulio are very kind and caring people so I would love to find someone as lovely as them. We are pretty flexible with smoking habits (we have a balcony), dietary preferences even maybe pets! Is all to be discussed also your own needs 🙂
