Wir alle wissen, wie schwierig es ist, in Berlin eine Unterkunft zu finden, besonders wenn man noch nicht angemeldet ist. Als Starthilfe, um deinen Weg in dieser Metropole zu beginnen, biete ich dir als meinem Gast nicht nur die Möglichkeit, dich anzumelden, sondern auch bis zu maximal 10-12 Wochen in meiner Wohnung im hippen Herzen von Berlin-Friedrichshain zu bleiben. Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (65 m²) mit einem sonnigen Balkon.
We all know how difficult it is to find a place in Berlin, especially when you’re not registered yet. As a starting point to help you begin your journey in this metropolis, I’m offering you, as my guest, not only the chance to register but also the opportunity to stay in my apartment for up to 10 weeks in the hipster heart of Berlin-Friedrichshain. It’s a 3-room flat (65 m²) with a sunny balcony.

• May 01 to Jun 15
The guest room for sublet is a small bedroom with a sleeping sofa, a table with a chair, and a closet. Your contribution to the ongoing costs is €245 per calendar week plus a €100 key deposit or €550 per month plus a €200 key deposit. This includes rent, electricity, internet, broadcasting fees, and liability insurance. At the end of the sublease, the deposit will be returned when the keys are handed back.
The apartment is fully furnished; everything you need is here: a fully equipped fitted kitchen, bed linen, towels, a washing machine, and internet. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony are shared. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

Area:
Various bars and clubs (e.g. Crack Bellmer, Lokschuppen, Berghain) are within a 10-minute walk. There are many restaurants and Spätis nearby. There’s a food market on Saturdays and a flea market on Sundays at Boxhagener Platz. Fleischerei Domke, Veganz, Denn’s Biomarket, Lidl, Aldi, DM, and Rossmann are all within a 5–7-minute walk.
Transportation:
The M13 tram stops right in front of the building, the M10 tram stop is just around the corner, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the Warschauer Straße S- and U-Bahn station or the U5 Frankfurter Allee station.

I normally live with my spouse and two children in East Frisia. But as I work 80% in home office, I have to commute to Berlin several times a month so that I can be present in the office. That means you have the apartment to yourself most of the time
