We’re looking for a couple preferably or 1 person to sublet our lovely 16 m² room near Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain while we’re away. Here's why you’ll love it:
The Room: Cozy and inviting, with a comfortable bed and a desk, perfect for working or studying from home.
The Apartment: Spacious and full of character, featuring:
- A bright living room with a piano, projector, and sound system – ideal for movie nights or unwinding with music.
- A fully equipped kitchen with access to a winter garden.
- A bathroom with a bathtub.
- Two winter gardens connected to the living room and the kitchen, offering plenty of natural light and a touch of greenery.

A bike garage for convenient storage if you’re cycling around.
The Flatshare:
You’ll be sharing the flat with Jem, our friendly flatmate who’s a talented musician. We’re a couple who will be away during this time, so you’ll have a mix of great company and plenty of personal space.

Ideally, we’re looking for a couple to sublet the room, as we understand the rent might be a bit high for just one person. That said, we’re open to individuals if it feels like the right fit!
