Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung direkt mit Grünfläche und Fernsehturm als Ausblick und hat viel Sonnenlicht. Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und ist mit einem Bett inkl. Matratze aus Paletten sowie einer Kleiderstange ausgestattet. Um einen Schreibtisch müsste sich selbst gekümmert werden.
Das Zimmer ist leider nur ohne Anmeldung verfügbar

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a view of green space and lots of sunlight. The room is 14 m² in size and is equipped with a bed made of pallets and a clothes rack. You would have to take care of a desk yourself.
Unfortunately, the room is only available without registration.
Die Wohnung liegt äußerst zentral: Nur 7 Gehminuten vom Ostbahnhof und dem U5-Bahnhof Strausberger Platz, sowie 15 Gehminuten zur U8 Jannowitzbrücke entfernt. Die Warschauerstraße, Kreuzberg und Mitte sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Der Holzmarkt lässt sich auch in 10 Minuten erreichen und ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür.

The apartment is extremely centrally located: just a 7-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof and the U5 station Strausberger Platz. The districts of Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Mitte can also be reached quickly.
Ich bin Kim, 30 Jahre alt. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne aktiv – sei es beim Bouldern, Yoga, Skaten oder beim Stöbern auf Flohmärkten. Zudem spiele ich gerne Klavier (natürlich mit Kopfhörern :D).
Beruflich bin ich Vollzeit als Webdesignerin tätig und arbeite an drei Tagen in der Woche im Homeoffice. Mir ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig, daher freue ich mich mal auf gemeinsame Abende – z.B.beim gemeinsamen Abendessen, einfach in der Küche quatschen oder bei anderen Aktivitäten. Natürlich respektiere und schätze ich Privatsphäre und benötige meine Zeit für mich :).
Ich ernähre mich vegan und würde mich freuen, mit jemandem zusammenzuwohnen, der ebenfalls vegetarisch oder vegan lebt.
Das Zimmer ist befristet, da mein Freund voraussichtlich Ende des Jahres einziehen wird. Bitte füge das Wort Tomate in deine Anfrage mit ein, damit ich weiß, dass du alles gelesen hast. :)

I'm Kim, 30 years old. In my free time I like doing activities like bouldering, yoga, skating or checking out a flea market. I also like playing the piano (with headphones of course :D).
I work full-time as a web designer and work from home three days a week. Living together harmoniously is important to me, so I look forward to spend an evening together once in a while - for example havind Dinner together, just hanging out in the kitchen or other activities. Of course, I also respect and value privacy and enjoy also my time for myself :)
I follow a vegan diet and would be happy to live with someone who is also vegetarian or vegan.
The room is temporary as my boyfriend is expected to move in at the of this year.
