Beautiful, big, bright room with balcony
in a friendly international flat. Centrally located in the colourful, young Friedrichshain. 4th floor (elevator), big sunny kitchen, big bathroom. One vegan athlete, one conscious entrepreneur looking for a respectful, conscious, nice and interesting flatmate. We speak German, English, some French, some Thai. (We are open to food choices - not vegan, no problem).
The room is 26 sqm big. It is is furnished with a bed (1,6 m wide), desk, office-armchair, armchair, big closet, coffee-table and shelves.
DSL, Wi-Fi. All amenities are In the house, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, central-heating. Household runs on renewable energy from water power and eco detergents are used for cleaning (included). The appartment is clean. There is weekly professional cleaning of the shared spaces (included). Allround-no-worries package, so to say. 😊
Outside are deli, cafes, restaurants, bars, lots of culinary choices, 3 authentic Thais in the neighbourhood (!), 3 cinemas etc. Public transport is very close - gets you everywhere fast. Walking Distance to Berghain. We got 3 cornerstores downstairs. - need something, just take elevator down & come back up. Letter drop box also right there.
