Gesucht wird ein Zwischenmieter für den Zeitraum 01. März bis 30. Mai.
In der WG lebt noch Simon, der die meiste Zeit in seinem Zimmer verbringt.
Wir beide sind sehr ruhig und wünschen uns das Gleiche von unserem Zwischenmieter. Ständiger Besuch und Partys sind nicht erwünscht.
Es werden zwei Zimmer vermietet: ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsbereich.
Der Mitbewohner nutzt das Wohnzimmer in der Regel nicht. Die Zimmer sind möbliert, sehr hell und durch die Lage im Hinterhaus angenehm ruhig, weit entfernt von der Straße.
Die Tram-Haltestelle „Straßmannstr.“ ist 4 Minuten entfernt, die U-Bahn-Haltestelle „Frankfurter Tor“ 10 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es einen Edeka, einen Biomarkt und zahlreiche Spätis.

We are looking for a temporary tenant for the period March 1 to May 30.
Simon, your future flatmate, spends most of his time in his room.
We are both very quiet and would like the same from our temporary tenant. Frequent visitors and parties are not desired.
Two rooms are available for rent: a bedroom and a living room with a workspace.
The flatmate usually does not use the living room. The rooms are furnished, very bright, and due to their location in the rear building, they are quiet and far from the street noise.
The tram stop “Straßmannstr.” is 4 minutes away, and the U-Bahn station “Frankfurter Tor” is 10 minutes away. Nearby, you will find an Edeka supermarket, an organic market, and plenty of Spätis (late-night convenience stores).
