es wird ein Zimmer ab 15.01. zur Zwischenmiete für einen Monat bei uns frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca 30 qm groß. Da ich ausgezogen sein werde, wird das Zimmer etwas anders aussehen als auf dem Foto. Das Sofa,, eine Kleiderstange und ein Bett werden aber weiterhin da sein.
In den 550 Euro sind alle Kosten inklusive Internet enthalten.
Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete, bitte schreibt uns nur, wenn der angegebene Zeitraum für euch passt. Keine Anmeldung und keine langfristige Miete möglich.

I am renting out my room from beginning or mid september for 1 months.
The room will look a little bit different to the photo because i am moving out and taking most of my furniture. But there will still be a couch and a bed and a hanger.
The rent is 550€ and everything is included.

Wir wohnen in Friedrichshain in der Petersburger Straße. Die M10 ist direkt. vor der Tür, beim Boxi bist du mit den Öffis in 7 Minuten. Die Ringbahn ist Landsberger Allee ist auch nur eine Tram Station entfernt. Auch in Prenzlauer Berg und Kreuzberg bist du ganz schnell :)
We live in Friedrichshain in Petersburger Straße. The Tram Station is a Minute walk away. With that you can reach the Boxi with lots of Bars and Cafes within 7 minutes. There is also the ring bahn station Landsberger Allee close by.
Deine zukünftigen MitbewohnerInnen sind Alex und Marie.
Wir Freuen uns immer auf gemeinschaftliches Zusammensitzen oder so und ein nettes miteinander Wohnen sind uns generell sehr wichtig.
Im Haus wohnen auch noch weitere Freunde von uns, mit denen wir öfter Zeit verbringen. Es ist also immer was los :)
