Temos disponível um quarto espaçoso e totalmente mobiliado em um apartamento localizado no primeiro andar, próximo ao cruzamento de Landsberger Allee x Petersburger Str. (Friedrichshain), com excelente acesso ao transporte público. O apartamento está a uma estação do S-Bahn Landsberger Allee (Ring) e a 5 estações de Warschauer e Alexanderplatz. As linhas de tram M10, M8, M5, M6, M4 e 18 estão a poucos metros de distância.
O contrato com o novo morador passará a valer a partir de 20º de novembro de 2024, a princípio sem limite de duração. Anmeldung possível.
Sobre o quarto:
• Mobiliado com cama de casal, sofá-cama, mesa grande, cadeira de escritório, duas estantes e arara para roupas.
• Espaço livre ideal para práticas como yoga.
• Vista para um jardim e para a Petersburger Str. (atualmente em obras, mas sem ruído dentro de casa).

(Friedrichshain), with excellent access to public transport. The apartment is one station away from the S-Bahn Landsberger Allee (Ring) and five stops from both Warschauer and Alexanderplatz. Tram lines M10, M8, M5, M6, M4, and 18 are just steps away. We've also got a washing machine and a newish dryer. Rent is covers also Gas, Water, Energy, Heating, Internet, Trash collection, House hold Insurance. Anmeldung possible. Looking for long term rent.
About the room:
• Furnished with a double bed, sofa bed, large desk, office chair, two shelf racks, and a clothes rack.
• Ample open space, ideal for yoga or other activities.
• Window view of a garden and Petersburger Str. (currently under construction but with no noise inside the apartment).
Shared areas:
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Full bathroom.
• Hallway with storage for household supplies.
About the flatmates:
• Mark, a German lawyer/landlord (speaks German, English, and Portuguese), who will be in Brazil for the next few months.
• A Honduran master’s student (speaks English and Spanish).

Requirements for the new tenant:
• Responsible and careful.
• Calm profile (no parties).
• Non-smoker (at least inside the apartment).
• Be comfortable with taking care of plants in the landlord’s absence.
In the kitchen we have espresso mill and espresso machine, which you'll love if you like coffee.
Sadly no couples.
The apartment is directly in the center of berlin, in Friedrichshain close to a big park (Volkspark Friedrichshain), where I love to hang out, have BBQ, beers and where people do all kind of sports etc. With a car it's 5 min to Alexanderplatz, with Tram it's 8 min. The northern area, where we are, of Friedrichshain is quieter and less touristy than the southern part. We have a great public transport connection with several trams (M5, M6, M8, M10) which operate even at night during the week, and after a short walk there is access to the Sbahn trains (Lines S42,S43,S45, S46 und S8). Everything you need for living, like groceries and a barber or a swimming pool is all in the vicinity.
