Hey everyone, I’m David, and I’m leaving our wonderful WG in Friedrichshain to move in with my girlfriend, so my room is up for rent!

The flat is just one minute from U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor, right in the middle of everything that makes Berlin exciting—bars, clubs, restaurants, and more. You’ll experience it yourself, and if not, my flatmates will be happy to take you out from time to time! :)
About the Room
🔹 Important: Most of the furniture in the pictures will be taken with me – except for the open shelving unit, which is really practical for the small space.
🔹 You can take over the shelving unit from me for a small price if you’d like.
🔹 Otherwise, the room will be empty, so you can bring your own furniture and set it up however you like!
About the Flat
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need for daily life. You’ll be sharing the flat with great flatmates who create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The daily life in our Wg is easy going. My flatmates Rolo from Argentina, Beranger from France, Shadi originally from Iran and Jenny are very heartful open people with different types of interests. In this Wg always someone is at home to have a beer and chat with. ;)
