suchst du in den nächsten Wochen ein Zuhause in Berlin? Dann melde dich gerne! Ich habe eine schöne renovierte 2-Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung und würde ein Zimmer gerne an dich vermieten. Das Zimmer steht bis 4. März zur Verfügung und kann wochenweise für 180 Euro/Wochen gemietet werden. Schreib mir einfach, und wir schauen, wie es passt :)
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, ist ca. 20qm groß und ist u.a. mit einem Sofa mit integriertem Bett ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer, die Wohnung und ich als deine Mitbewohnerin sind ruhig und freundlich :)

Are you looking for a home in Berlin in the next few weeks? Then feel free to reach out! I have a beautiful renovated 2-room apartment and would like to rent one room to you. The room is available till March 4th and you can rent it every week for 180 Euro/week.
The room has a balcony, is about 20sqm big and has a sofa with an integrated bed.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß braucht man nur zwei Minuten zur Tram M10 Straßmannstr. Ein Rewe und der Volkspark Friedrichshain befindet sich in direkter Umgebung.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street. The public transport connection is very good. On foot, you need only two minutes to the M10 Straßmannstr. A Rewe supermarket and the Volkspark Friedrichshain are very close by.
Die Miete ist 180€/ Woche.
Die Internet Geschwindigkeit ist 50 Mbit/s. Bitte keine Tiere.
