ich bin vom 01.04.2025 bis 01.01.2026 im Urlaub und bin daher auf der Suche nach einem/er Zwischenmieter/in. Zeitraum ist flexibel, falls Du etwas länger bleiben möchtest.
Das Zimmer in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung ist 23 qm groß mit Balkon, hat eine hohe mit Stuck verzierte Decke und ist mit Parkett ausgestattet. Das Zimmer liegt nach vorne zur Straße hin, aber da wir in einer Seitenstraße wohnen und die Fenster gut isoliert sind, hört man von draußen fast gar nichts.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert (Couch mit Schlaffunktion + Arbeitsplatz + Esstisch) vermietet und die Gesamtmiete beträgt 850€ + 850€ Kaution.
Anmeldung ist in dem Zeitraum möglich.

Hello dear ones,
I will be on vacation from April 1st, 2025 to January 1st, 2026 and am therefore looking for a temporary tenant. Period is flexible if you want to stay a little longer.
The room in our beautiful old apartment is 23 sqm with a balcony, has a high ceiling decorated with stucco and is furnished with parquet flooring. The room faces the street, but as we live in a side street and the windows are well insulated, you can hear almost nothing from outside.
The room is rented furnished (couch with sleeping function + workplace + dining table) and the total rent is 850€ + 860€ deposit.
Registration is possible during this period.
Wir wohnen unmittelbar an der S- und U-Bahnstation Frankfurter Allee. Zwei Ring-Center dort bieten viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und auch sonst gibt’s einiges direkt vor der Tür: eine fröhliche Bäckerei, Spätis, Burger, Pizza, Döner, Schawarma, usw.

We live directly at the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee. Two ring centers there offer many shopping opportunities. And there's a lot else right on the doorstep: a cheerful bakery, Spätis, burgers, pizza, kebab, shawarma, etc.
Ein paar Infos zu meiner Mitbewohnerin:
Anja kommt aus Norddeutschland und hat lange Zeit in Österreich gelebt. Da sie wieder näher bei ihrer Heimat leben wollte, gleichzeitig aber in einem multikulturellen und diversen Umfeld leben möchte, hat sie Berlin als ihre neue Wahlheimat auserkoren. Anja arbeitet Vollzeit und genießt daher neben ihrem Schreibtischjob, die Natur und das Erkunden ihrer neuen Wahlheimat. Anja ist ein ruhiger Mensch, für einen Plausch aber immer zu haben. :)
Das leidige Thema wer mit dem Putzen dran ist, ist hier passé, es kommt alle zwei Wochen eine Putzkraft. Nichtsdestotrotz wünsche ich mir eine gewisse Sauberkeit und dass du mit den schon bestehenden Gegenständen auch sorgsam umgehst.
Ebenfalls sei anzumerken, dass in der Wohnung absolutes Rauchverbot ist und nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.

Anja comes from northern Germany and lived in Austria for a long time. As she wanted to live closer to home again, but also wanted to live in a multicultural and diverse environment, she chose Berlin as her new adopted home. Anja works full-time and therefore enjoys the outdoors and exploring her new adopted home alongside her desk job. Anja is a quiet person, but always up for a chat. :)
The tiresome issue of whose turn it is to clean is a thing of the past here; a cleaner comes every two weeks. Nevertheless, I would like to see a certain level of cleanliness and that you treat the existing objects with care.
It should also be noted that smoking is absolutely forbidden in the apartment and only permitted on the balcony.
