Wegen einer Reise nach Australien biete ich mein WG-Zimmer an.
Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, großes Fenster, Heizung, Schreibtisch und ist gut beleuchtet.
Gigabit WLAN-Flat ist im Preis inklusiv. Es gibt hier auch ein Bad, Dusche, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle und sogar einen Beamer für die Wohnzimmer Wand.
10. Etage, aber Fahrstuhl fährt bis 9, keine Sorgen! haha

Due to a two month trip to Australia, I am renting my room.
The room is very comfortable, has a double bed, central heating, nice big windows, a large desk.
Gigabit Internet is included in the price.
The room is on the 10th floor, but the lift takes you to 9, so no worries!
Man erreicht Alexanderplatz in weniger als 10 Minuten zu füß, und die Wohnung ist direkt neben einer große Tram-haltestelle. Volkspark Friedrichshain befindet sich gleich in der Nähe.
You can reach Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes by foot, and the apartment is right next to a large tram station. Right next to Volkspark Friedrichshain.
I live with two cool guys, a photographer and a singer. The singer, Shon, is very social (it sometimes feels like he knows everyone in this city) and very kind, and the photographer, Foli, is a great guy that tends to keep to himself as he is often busy with work. Life is good in this shared apartment!
I am renting the room fairly cheap as I am only away for a month and don't want to have to remove all my things from the room. I'm more or less looking to offer a place to sleep and relax, and less a room for yourself. Therefore I need someone I feel I can trust around my things. Also no smoking cigarettes whatsoever! The other thing is okay if it's by the window haha
