The room is 26 square meters big, is bright, has a shared balcony and it is calm. The room comes unfurnished like on the first pic (on the first pic you see my room unfurnished which has the same size as your room). On the second and third pic you see the actual room to be rented out.
The room is available until the end of February 2025.
The cold rent is 508 EUR. The monthly share for heating and operational costs is 83,33 EUR. The monthly share for GEZ is 6,12 EUR, the monthly share for electricity is 52 EUR and the monthly share for internet is 11,66 EUR. So altogether and everything included it is 655 EUR.
5 mins to the u bahn U9 and U8. Bus and tram 2 mins away. Close to S Bahn Gesundbrunnen. Very good public traffic connections in general.
We are a WG with 2 very sympathetic and warm people (I'm 40 and the other male flatmate is 35). He is from Belgium and I am German and Polish. The apartment is quite big, so everyone has their own private sphere and we don't bump into each other all the time. We appreciate cleanliness and mutual respect. It's not a party WG, so no afterparties in your room. We look for someone who has a job. The lease is as for now for 6 months.
