I'm subletting my spacey room in Berlin Gesundbrunnen. It will be fully furnished, with a couch a big bed, a clothes rail, desk and also some other personal stuff (heat press, printer, screen print carousel, easel) which is why there is a deposit. Also there will be a sound system and a vinyl player which can be used as well.
The rent for the whole 2 months and 9 days will be 1050€
Really central, close to U Pankstrasse, where you can go to Kreuzberg/Neukölln via U8 easily. Also Ringbahn (U Wedding) and I Gesundbrunnen are pretty close.
We love spending time together. Concretely the kitchen is the common room where we often share good conversations, food, and wine. We also take care of respecting each other's privacy so if you need time for yourself you are not going to be bothered. It is extremely important for us to build a space where everyone feels home and safe, which is why communication is key. Further, we have a cleaning-schedule to ensure that every member of the WG contributes in maintaining a clean apartment. We are preferably looking for vegan/ vegetarian people.
Creating a safe space is our priority, that is why Queer, POC, LGBTQIA+ people are especially welcomed. The four of us have special interests in art, music, and politics; therefore we surely appreciate people who understand and share those.
