NB: ONLY ENROLLED STUDENTS CAN LIVE HERE. This is a small room in the Grunewald Studierendenwerk dormitory on the second floor. The flat has 3 rooms in total. No elevator, only stairs. We have a kitchen, a small lounge, and a bathroom.
The room is partly furnished, with a bed and a desk and storage space.
The nearest connection is Grunewald S bahn, which is a 5 minute walk down the road. The flat is on the edge of the forest as well, with Teufelsee a 30 minute walk away. There is a Rewe and an Edeka both 5 minutes away, next to the S bahn. The area is very beautiful, quiet and green. We also have a gym on the property, which is free to use
You will be sharing the flat with two other as yet unknown students. Devon and I (Jayden) are subletting. When we return from our travels we will be your house mates :).
A little more about us:
Jayden is an open, interested guy, who likes deep chats, making music, bouldering, going on forest walks, cooking, and reading.
Devon is a little more of a hippy - he likes overnight hikes, drumming around fires, contact improv, cuddles, deep chats, bushcraft, skinny dips, and authentic human contact.
Neither of us are big party-goers, although we do like a good boogey sometimes. We want someone who will match our energy - calm and grounded, but still fun and silly.
We generally like to keep the house fairly clean and neat, and will probably implement some sort of system to do this. We don't often eat communally, but will likely cook together spontaneously if we feel the desire. Additionally we are commited to keeping communication open and checking in around our feelings and needs.
Anmeldung is possible. You will simply need to sign up to Studierendenwerk's housing portal and sign the lease agreement.
