I will take a holday in Japan from December 17 to January 31 and am looking for someone to rent my Single room during that time.
Anmeldung is not available.
Preference will be given to those who are willing to rent for the entire period.
Single room in a flat in Schöneweide.
The size is 15 m2.
Bed, storage, desk, etc. available.
Wi-Fi.
Small balcony.
No pets allowed.
Shared kitchen and bathroom.
330 euros/month.
Deposit is for one month's rent and refundable if there are no problems after moving out.
5 minutes by bus or streetcar to S Schöneweide station. S Hermannstrasse, S Neukölln or S Treptowerpark are 30 minutes away. Direct bus to U Schlesische Stoer, 35 minutes. Aldi and Rewe are a 4 minute walk away and the Schöneweide shopping center with a large Kaufland is a 5 minute bus ride.
You will be sharing with my flatmate.
He is a musician, sound engineer and bartender from France.
He speaks French, English and German.
