are you interested in becoming part of a friendly, community?
We offer a tiny room in a 100 sqm appartement with very light rooms furnished with new IKEA kitchen (with dishwasher), with balcony and big shared living room (common space of around 30 sqm with table, chairs, cupboard etc.). The apartment is located on 10 th floor of a clean multi-story building (of course with elevator). The flat has has been l renovated in 2023 -> new floor, painting, electric etc.
It is an ALL-IN RENT, meaning all anxillary costs and W-LAN is included, also a washing Machine and a dryer is included.
Anmeldung/Wohnungsgeberbestätigung will be provided. We only rent out with long-term contracts (6 months +).
!!!!! VERY IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU CONTACT ME, PLS CHECK THOROUGHLY THE LOCATION !!!!! (Lion-Feuchtwanger Strasse can be found with google maps). Pls only reach out if you are sure that this location fits your needs. It is not inner city center :-). But green, quiet and clean and the appartment is brand new renovated with a super nice kitchen.
The house and thus apartment is located in green, quiet district of Kaulsdorf with tidely neighborhood, 5 min walk from S+U Kaulsdorf-Nord (U5). It is possible to reach in 20 min Ostbahnhof or Alexanderplatz.
PLS: check upfront on your own if the location suits your needs, this can be easily done via google maps :-)
