Sunny room for rent in recently renovated flat. The room has a new double bed/couch and lots of storage space for your things. All the flat has new laminate wood floors and big windows with nice south facing view.
The room connects to a winter balcony which you can put your plants, make a nice winter garden, or use the space to chill. There is a desk and chairs.
In the room there is plenty of storage with shelves and boxes.
From the windows you can see both the sunrise from the East as well as the nice colors of the sunset setting over the Justice Hall of Köpenick.
The room is very quiet and is perfect for commuters who work in Berlin and need their space after work.
The balcony is not suitable for WFH during the winter months.
Köpenick is a very nice area with many lakes, rivers, islands, green . The flat is located a 10min walking distance from Köpenick Altstadt (old town), a lovely place full of old buildings, parks, beergardens, restaurants, cafes etc. You can cycle or jog or go for boat rides, SUP.
5 minutes from the flat is the lovely Bellevue park, ideal for a morning jog or a short walk.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a large fridge, a new over, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc. Plates, cutlery, pots are all included. There is a big window which is north facing, so it is ideal for plants which do not need direct sunlight.
The bathroom has a window and a glass cabin and is airy and bright. There is a rainfall shower. Everything is new. All the flatmates keep the common areas tidy and clean. There are shelves for your things.

This a berufstätigen WG, however the occupants are very nice and friendly and we are looking for a female who is the same. Due to the fact that the space is generally small and cosy, and the flat is relatively newly renovated (summer 2020), everybody should try to keep as clean as possible after themselves.
We are looking for a person who finds it effortless to be tidy and co-exist with others.
We like to be friendly with each other and it is completely up to you if you want to spend time together or keep more to yourself. We also like to hang out in Köpenick together, during the summer there are many biergartens open in the viscinity.
Looking for a person who is honest, reliable and with a good heart.
Additionally we are looking for an eco-conscious person who is considerate or energy usage etc.

Looking for a friendly, kind and reliable person. Someone who does not need to be reminded to keep tidy, throw away trash, clean up after themselves when cooking in the kitchen etc.
No smoking in the WG.
Regular cleaning is to be done every week. If the cleaning schedule in the flat is not kept, then the main tenant will organize professional cleaning on a bi-weekly basis to be organised, and the cost additionally split between the tenants.
