Hello there! :)
I am subletting my room for 1.5 months, from mid- December 24 to end of January 2025 (extendable to max February 10th)
Your flatmate will be Evelin (28yo), an open-minded musician girl from Bulgaria. She is chill, quite and funny, but also extrovert and respectful. The person living with her should be on the same page as much as possible.
If you are interested please send me a short message about yourself, let me know when you can/would move in and if/when you are available for a video call or a visit.

In the room (more or less 20mq) you'll find:
- cozy bed with memoryfoam topper (140x200)
- big corner couch, which transforms into a bed for comfy movie nights
- big windows with access to the balcony
- big wardrobe with a mirror
- sideboard with flat TV
- foldable desk
- furniture where you can put your stuff
In the kitchen and the bathroom you'll find anything you need to be cozy: all kind of utensils for cooking, coffee machine & moka, juice extractor, washing machine, sheets and towels if needed, clothes rack and iron.
The flat is located in Kreuzberg, in front of the Viktoriapark and behind the Gleisdreieck, and in 10 minutes by bike or bus to Tempelhoferfeld.
In the area you'll find many wonderful parks, streets, vintage shops, restaurants, cinemas, bars and cafes, a Markthalle and a local Flohmarkt on Saturdays - or anything you are looking for!
Just around the corner are Lidl and Aldi (literally 30 seconds walk), there is a Rewe and Bio Company within 5 minutes walk and at the S-Bahn station. 700m away is the Bergmannkiez and Mehringdamm, with an Edeka and all different kinds of shops, sport and medical centers,

Your flatmate will be Evelin (28 years old), an open-minded musician from Bulgaria.
She’s relaxed, quiet, and funny, but also extroverted and respectful. She enjoys her time alone but is always up for sharing a glass of wine or beer and having a chat every now and then.
Evelin speaks English, Bulgarian, Russian, and is currently learning German. She prefers a vegetarian diet, but you’re of course free to eat whatever you like.
Evelin is a musician (but not a loud one) and works at a restaurant in the evenings, so she’s usually at home in the mornings.
This isn’t a party flat, but of course, you can enjoy a nice evening together or with a friend if you like.
We sometimes smoke in the kitchen with the window open, and you’re welcome to do the same in your room if you prefer or in the balcony.
Respect for others, cleanliness, and an open mind are the only requirements for living in the flat. We believe that as adults, mutual respect and open communication are enough, so there won’t be any strict “rules” needed. :)

Anyone is welcome, BUT the person must be open-minded, respectful and have the common sense to live in a WG.
Also, if you have a green thumb you can take care of my plants.
Respect for others, cleanliness and common sense are the only requirements for living in the flat - we believe we are all grown up and with mutual respect and open communication there won't be any “rule” needed.
