I'm looking for a female (She/They) to join a 2-person WG for the long term in a renovated apartment in KOTTI. 6 mins walk from U Prinzenstraße. The move-in date will be August 1st, and an Anmeldung is definitely offered.
I enjoy a clean, simple and joyful living space, so I prefer to keep things tidy (not at an OCD level, but basic as cleaning dishes after use and picking up hair after showering). Ask before you decided to host a friend as respect, I will do so. But parties are best kept outside the flat.If these are making sense to you too

The flat is newly renovated and entirely empty. I've already organized a washing machine and fridge. Your room is 15 m² and unfurnished, giving you the freedom to create your own space without painting the walls.
I hope we can both enjoy a calm, positive co-living space after the hustle and bustle outside. For me, you respecting each other's ME TIME and maintaining emotional stability is key to a happy co-living arrangement. You don't have to talk or share if it's not the right moment for you (except for paying rent on time, of course :) ). You're also welcome to share if you're in the mood.
Taking care of Energy consumption is important for me. To avoid argument for electricity bills,
I wish my flatmate host the same value as me.
