My lovely 18 m² room is up for short-term sublet for 1 month (14.03-16.04), fully furnished and ready for you to move in!
Room :The room comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed, wardrobe, working desk, and a cozy armchair.
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven
Living room: we have a cozy living room with TV, sofas and a balcony where you can have a nice breakfast.
Bathroom: bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet on the 1st floor
The apartment is a 2-floor space located in central Kreuzberg. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood.
U1, U3, U8 - 2 minutes
Bus stop - 5 minutes
Rewe, Lidl - 5 minutes
And a lot of nice restaurants, bars, shops and cafes around!
You'll share the flat with three wonderful individuals: Alex - a solar energy engineer, Oliver- an artist, and Alex - a french teacher.
We are friendly, respectful, and enjoy a calm, quiet home environment. We like to chat occasionally in common areas, have coffee or so together but also respect each others personal space.
English and German are spoken languages in the apartment.
Smoking is allowed, but only on the balcony.
The monthly price is 600 €/per month, but room is also available for shorter period.
The deposit will be 200 Euros, of course fully refundable :)
