We have a spacious (30sqm) room available in our beautiful Altbau apartment on the 3rd floor in Kreuzberg. The room has two large windows with a lovely sunny view of the trees and comes fully furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, and wardrobe. The rent is 590€ per month, including all utilities, WiFi, and Anmeldung is possible. Please note, we share the cost of the TV tax.
The moving date is 01.03.2025
Our flat is located in a lovely part of Kreuzberg, just a 6-minute walk from both Mehringdamm and Möckernbrücke stations. You'll also be close to many shopping options, including LPG Biomarkt, Edeka, and Rewe. Gleisdreieck and Viktoriapark are at a short walking distance too
We are a friendly WG of 4 people, aged between 22 and 30, who work and/or study. One of our flatmates is moving out, so we’re looking for a good fit to join our clean, organized, and respectful household.
The landlord prefers an even mix, so we're looking for a guy to replace him. A cleaner comes weekly, and we take turns paying 30€ each time. No pets or smoking in the flat, please.
We are not a party WG :)
The flat has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
