I’m looking for someone to take over a room in our WG as one of our flatmates is moving out.
### About Us:
We’re two girls, Paulina (28) and Rawan (27), both working in tech. Our lifestyle is quite busy, so we’re both often out and about…. It honestly doesnt happen often that we’re home at the same time but its nice when we do cause we’re good friends and enjoy hanging out. We enjoy spending our time together to share a meal, chill n talk, maybe every here and there go out to a party or sports class... However most importantly we value our privacy and are all very chill about giving each other space.
If I had to describe our WG, I’d say it’s super chill, clean, and above all our safe space. :)
### About the Room:
The room is available for long-term if everything works out well in terms of our synergies. Anmeldung would take some time to configure and not available immediately. The rent is €711.67 warm, with all costs included (incl. radio tax).
The room is quite spacious, around 16-20 sqm, super bright, cozy, and even has its own balcony to chill on. Some furniture will be taken by the current flatmate, but basic needs will stay. If you’re interested in keeping some of the furniture, we can discuss it openly later on.
### About the Flat:
The flat is very new and located in the heart of the city, with excellent connections to public transport:
- 6 min walk to U6 Kochstraße
- 12 min walk to U1 Hallesches Tor
- 10 min walk to U2 Spittelmarkt
### About the Neighborhood:
I love the area—it’s in the business district, but you’re also super close to Kreuzberg. Moritzplatz and Bergmannkiez are just a 15-minute walk away, making it the perfect place if you love Kberg as much as I do. There are also lots of cute green areas around, along with nice cafes. The closest supermarkets (Lidl and Bio Company) are just a 5-minute walk from home.
### Moving In:
Ideally, the move-in date would be the 14th or 15th of September, but I’m open to negotiating a few days earlier if needed.
If you’re really interested, please write a little introduction about yourself, the situation with your living at the moment, how good of a fit this flat is for you, and when you would be free to have a video call.
