We are 2 women in our late 20's who are seeking another working professional to join us in the flatshare from October 1 at Paul-Lincke-Ufer in Kreuzberg, the flat is 130 sq m with a large terrace in the hinterhof and a 40 sq m garden in the front.
We have typically lived in the flatshare as 4 people but want to live with just one more tenant and are offering 2 rooms, the bedroom is 12 sq m and the other room which could be used as an office/closet space is 9 sq m. The rooms are partially furnished and I can provide a bed and wardrobe unless you would like to rent it unfurnished. The total rent for both rooms is 1100 EUR and we are asking for a 1500 EUR Kaution.
The contract is for an initial period until June 1 2025, but can be extended.
We are both working professionals working part time from home and part time in the office, at home we're quite relaxed and the environment is quite peaceful. We like to keep the flat quite clean and are happy when we find someone who can fit into this dynamic. We both speak english and german and are happy to speak either language with you. We ideally are looking for someone who wants a relaxed home environment, is willing to contribute to cleaning wg life, and has been in Berlin for some years with a stable career.
