Hallo zusammen,
vom 20. Februar bis zum 15. März ist in unserer Zweier-WG ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, das Zimmer (22 qm) ist hell, ruhig und voll möbliert. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 381 Euro für die knapp 3 Wochen.

From February 20th until March 15th, 2025, we have a spare room in our WG!
Our apartment is located in beautiful Graefekiez in Kreuzberg, close to shops, bars, parks, and public transport. It is completely furnished and equipped, including a small shared study/living room.
Your room is 22sqm large, fully furnished, quiet, with sunlight in the morning.
Ich arbeite und studiere und bin dementsprechend recht eingespannt, bin aber auf jeden Fall auch immer mal wieder für gemeinsames Abendessen oder einen Drink zu haben.Im Zusammenwohnen gefallen mir Humor und Aufgeschlossenheit, Eigenständigkeit, Gelassenheit und reife, respektvolle Kommunikation. Auf prakischer Ebene außerdem, wenn der Haushalt ungefragt und selbstverständlich läuft – undogmatische Sauberkeit sozusagen, einfach so, dass jede*r den eigenen Dreck wegmacht und alle zwei, drei Wochen putzt. Außerdem solltest Du eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben.
Und wichtig auch: Ich schätze reflektierte Auseinandersetzung mit politischen Themen, kluge, undogmatische linke Einsichten. Keine rechten, rechtspopulistischen und/oder minderheitenfeindlichen Positionen.
You’d be sharing the flat with me, Miriam. At the moment, most of my time goes into work, on the one side, and my university studies, on the other. However, I am certainly up for chatting and having dinner together when time permits.
I value humour, friendly and open-minded people, and respectful and mature communication. As for household tasks: I like undogmatic cleanliness - that means, everyone cleans up after themselves without a question and takes care of cleaning the apartment every two weeks or so; but no drama if it doesn’t always work perfectly.
Important as well: This is no space for right-wingers and/or minority-bashing of any kind.
Ab diesem Wochenende kannst Du zum Kennenlernen und Zimmerbesichtigen vorbeikommen. Bei Interesse schreib‘ mir gerne, am besten direkt mit ein paar konkreten Terminvorschlägen, und wenn Du bei der Gelegenheit auch ein bisschen erzählst, wer Du bist, was Du so machst und was Dir im WG-Leben wichtig ist, freue ich mich!
