The 26 m2 are divided into your personal room with 22 m2 & a 4 m2 walk-in closet attached to the floor. The room comes w/o furniture.
The flat has 195 m2 in total and has 1 large kitchen, a 16 m2 shared room (mostly for storage, drying rags, etc ), 1 bathroom (with bathtub, shower, toilet, ..) & 1 toilet (including washing machine & dryer).
Total rent is approx. 850, but we do have a cleaner coming once a week or every two weeks, which requires another 65€ per visit divided amongst us.
As you will become one of the three main tenants in our permanent rental agreement and the landlord just like ourselves want to keep fluctuation low, we are looking for someone who plans to stay with us for at least 2-3 years.
For the contract the landlord will require: proof of income (3 last paychecks), confirmation from your previous landlord about freedom from rent debt, ID & SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) .
The WG is located centrally in Kreuzberg and just 30 seconds away from Landwehrkanal. Both, U1 at Prinzenstraße & U1/U3/U6 at Hallesches Tor are a 6 minute walk.
The WG currently consists of 4 people (1 female, 3 male) aged 27, 29, 38 & 40. The four of us have different professional backgrounds (bartender, (movie) production design, project & product management) and different time schedules. While we all enjoy our space in the WG, we also enjoy getting together at times and consider it a plus if this is occassionally paired with a good night at Sisy (or similar).
We are looking for someone who can replace one of our flat mates as new main tenant as soon as possible :)
