The room is small but comfortable and quiet, with a big window facing the courtyard. You will have access to the full apartment, including a studio which is perfect as a home office. The flat is huge, bright, beautifully furnished and with lots of plants.
The property is centrally located, just a couple of minutes away from Potsdamerplatz. With several S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus, tram and train lines within 1 km, you will be able to get pretty much anywhere you want in Berlin.
Our WG is in perfect for single working professional who enjoy living in a quiet, clean and tidy space (no parties). You will sublet my room and have access to all of our furniture, including a spacious closet. I will visit Berlin for ca. one week each month, during which I will stay in the guest room.
Please contact me via a WhatsApp message, preferably during evening hours. Please note that an Anmeldung can be discussed. The contract will be a subletting contract. Depending on water and energy consumption, plus operational expenses, an annual lump-sum payment of up to EUR 300 may be required by our landlords on top of the monthly rent.
