Ich (weiblich, 35) vermiete mein WG-Zimmer unter, während ich verreist bin. Du könntest vom 20.11. 24 bis 7.1.25 hier wohnen. Eine kürzere Zeit wäre auch denkbar, zum Beispiel nur Dezember. Das Zimmer ist sonnig, voll möbliert und du hättest während meiner Abwesenheit einen netten Mitbewohner (24), der Vollzeit arbeitet.
Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß, sonnig und liegt ganz nah am Park (Görli). Die Wohnung ist 130qm groß und hat zwei Bäder, ein Wohnzimmer und einen großen Balkon.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 900 Euro pro Monat, was 1400 € für den gesamten oben genannten Zeitraum entspricht. Die Kaution für den Zeitraum beträgt 1000 €.
In der WG ist alles was du brauchst vorhanden, nur Handtücher und deine persönlichen Dinge müsstest du mitbringen. Bettwäsche und Bettzeug habe ich auch hier.
Da ich sehr viele Pflanzen habe und das Gießen eine Zumutung wäre, würde einmal in der Woche eine Freundin zum vorbei kommen, die das übernehmen würde, so dass die Pflanzen gut versorgt wären. Natürlich mit Ankündigung, so dass du ein paar Tage vorher Bescheid weißt.

I'm subletting my shared room while I'm traveling. It's free from November 20th 2024 until January 7th 2025. The room is fully furnished and you would have a nice roommate (24) who works full time.
The room is 22sqm, sunny and is very close to the park (Görli). The apartment is 130sqm and has two bathrooms.
The rent is 900 euros per month (including all additional costs), which would be 1400 € in total for the entire period mentioned above. The deposit is 1000€.
Everything you need is available in the shared apartment, you only need to bring towels and your personal belongings. I also have bed linen and bedding here.
Since I have a lot of plants (and watering them would be too much of a task), a friend would come over once a week to take care of it so that the plants would be well looked after. Of course with an announcement so that you know a few days in advance.
Die Ubahn station ist 7 Minuten entfernt und die Wohnung liegt direkt am Park .
Mein Mitbewohner arbeitet den ganzen Tag , ist abends aber gerne für Essen oder eon Bierchen zu haben.
Wir haben viele Pflanzen , ein paar Fische und Mäuse als Haustiere. Um die musst du dich aber nicht kümmern :)
