Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter für ca. 3,5 Wochen. Wenn du also eine Bleibe brauchst um was längerfristiges zu finden oder einfach nur günstig Urlaub machen willst in Berlin ist das genau das richtige.
Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode sind vorhanden und können verwendet werden, bleiben jedoch in meinem Besitz.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Hochbett, Fernseher und Schreibtisch. Außerdem haben wir einen gemütlichen Balkon.

I sublet my room for ca. 3,5 weeks. So when you need a place to stay until you find something long term or you just want to take a cheap vacation in Berlin, this is the place for you!
A bed, desk, cupboard, and wardrobe can be used, but they remain in my possession.
The apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed, loft bed, television and desk. We also have a cozy balcony.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am schönen Landwehrkanal.
Zur U-Bahn Station Hallesches Tor sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß. Dort fährt die U1, U3 und U6. Es gibt auch Busse die direkt zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Alexanderplatz fahren. Das wunderschöne Maybachufer ist auch nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Seitdem ich hier wohne fahre ich eigentlich nur noch mit dem Fahrrad, weil es so zentral ist.

The location couldn't be better. The apartment is located directly next to the Landwehrkanal. To U Bahn Hallesches Tor it's just 5 min by foot. There the U1,U3, and U6 runs, as well as busses directly to Alexanderplatz and the main station. The beautiful Maybachufer is just 10 min from here. Everything is so central, since I live here, everywhere I go, I take my bike.
Mein Mitbewohner geht auch für 2 Monate ins Ausland, wir suchen für ihn gerade auch einen Untermieter. Sobald wir mehr wissen, sagen wir Bescheid.
