Spacious and cosy room in a modern ground-floor flat in the heart of Kreuzberg!
Situated right in front of Görlitzer Park, and near to the canal. A 5 minute walk to Schlesisches Tor station.
Edeka/Rewe/Lidl/Aldi, and Maybachufer market all within walking distance, as well as lots of lovely restaurants, bars and cafes.
The room comes with very comfy king-sized bed, clothes rail and drawers installed and attached to the wall. There is space for a desk and/or a sofa. I will be removing most of my furnishings, but the photos show what the space can look like 😊
The bathroom and kitchen have heated floors. Unfortunately there is no living room.
You would be sharing with a nice, quiet German guy who works a lot during the week. He is subletting the other room from my flatmate who is currently in Asia for the winter.
Anmeldung is not possible due to the short rental period.
